🔁 Direct Redelivery Flagging #

Users can now apply a Redelivery Flag directly while an order is in FAILED TO DELIVER (Key 17) status — no intermediate verification required.

Updated Paths:

• Path A – Redelivery 🚚
  • Add Redelivery Flag → Transition directly to RESCHEDULED (Key 16)
• Path B – Return 📦
  • Without Redelivery Flag → Transition directly to:
    • RETURNED TO SORTING WAREHOUSE (Key 18)
    • RETURNED TO MERCHANT (Key 20) -> If only Origin warehouse and Destination warehouses are the same.

This significantly accelerates post-failure decision-making.
