📍 1. Add Location to Branches #

To prepare for advanced route optimization algorithms, users can now assign precise geographical coordinates to all branches within the system.

📂 Path #

Administration > Demarcation > Branches

⚙️ How to Use #

• Click “+ Add New” to create a new branch
• Or select “Manage Branch” on an existing branch

🆕 New Feature: Location Field #

A new “Location” field has been added to the branch form.

Clicking the 📍 location icon opens a selection modal with the following options:

• 🛰️ GPS Tab – Automatically fetches the user’s current coordinates
• 🔎 Search Tab – Search for specific addresses or places via text
• 🔗 Link Tab – Paste a Google Maps short link to auto-detect coordinates
• 🗺️ Map Tab – Use an interactive map to manually select the exact location

📝 Important Note #

Branch locations can be updated at any time if the branch relocates.

To improve navigation efficiency and accessibility for optimization tools:

🔔3. Fix: Status Notification Modal Not Opening for Fresh Tenants (International Clients) #

We have resolved an issue affecting newly created tenants under the International Super Admin Portal.

🐞 Issue Summary #

Previously, when a new tenant was created, the Status Notification Settings popup in the Staff Portal did not open correctly.
The modal required manual backend code intervention to become functional, causing delays in operational readiness.

✅ Resolution Implemented #

With this update:

• The Status Notification popup is now automatically configured during tenant creation.
• The modal loads correctly and is fully expandable without any manual setup.
• Staff users can immediately:
  • Access Status Notification settings
  • Configure message templates
  • Send notifications without backend intervention

• Eliminates manual code adjustments after tenant onboarding
• Ensures seamless setup for International clients
