📊 Assign Order Summary Report
A new Assign Order Summary Report has been introduced to provide better visibility into assigned orders. This report allows users to review the summary of orders assigned within the system, helping teams monitor order allocation more efficiently and maintain clearer operational tracking.
The Assign Order Summary Report tracks operational flow by evaluating a 48-hour window of order statuses.
It monitors
Old Pending inventory (Dispatched to Destination but not Delivered)
and reconciles it with
Yesterday’s performance data (Delivers, Failures, and DD status between 00:00:00 and 23:59:00).
The report also includes
Today’s Dispatched orders from the overnight operational window (18:00:00 – 06:00:00).
The Total Pending is derived using the formula:
Old Pending – Yesterday Failures – Yesterday DD + Today Dispatched).
With a primary focus on the Success Percentage (Delivered vs. Dispatched), this report enables the system to compare delivery rates against pending stock to pinpoint operational bottlenecks effectively.
Improvements #
1️⃣ Invoice Table Enhancement – Separation of Delivery Charge and Return to Merchant Charge
The Invoice Table has been enhanced by separating the delivery income into two categories: Delivery Charge and Return to Merchant Charge.
This improvement provides clearer financial reporting and better visibility of income sources.
As requested, this information will be visible only to staff users within the system.
2️⃣ Monthly Sales Report Optimization & Delivery Charge Separation
The Monthly Sales Report has been optimized to improve report performance and accuracy.
In addition, the Delivery Charge has now been divided into two financial metrics:
- Delivery Income
- Return Income
This change provides more detailed reporting and better financial clarity.

1️⃣ Active and Inactive Filter for User Table
An Active / Inactive filter has been added above the User Table, allowing users to quickly filter and view records based on user status.
2️⃣ Remark Column in Rider Manifest
A Remark column has been implemented in the Rider Manifest to allow staff to add and view additional notes related to rider deliveries.
Bug Fix #
🔐 Forgot Password Issue
An issue affecting the Forgot Password functionality has been resolved.
Users can now reset their passwords without encountering the previous errors.
