- Improvement: We have retroactively populated legacy CRM tickets with specific merchant details.Â
Impact: This improves historical traceability, providing support agents with immediate context when reviewing older records or analyzing long-term merchant support trends.
2. Avoid the Status Settings & Actions Reset Issue When New Changes Introducing The SystemÂ
- The Change: Re-engineered the Curfox status handling engine to support the introduction of new status values without triggering a reset of existing configurations.Â
- Impact: This ensures that all current mappings, custom actions, and automated workflows remain fully intact during system updates. We have implemented rigorous validation to confirm that existing status-based triggers continue to function as intended, preventing any operational downtime.Â
3. Fixing issues in Date Filter of Deposit Section, Agent and branchÂ
- The Change: Standardized the temporal filtering logic for financial deposits. When a single date is selected, the system now automatically expands the query to cover the full-day time range (00:00–23:59).Â
- Impact: This ensures consistent results across both Agent and Branch sections, eliminating discrepancies caused by partial-day timestamp filters and improving the accuracy of financial auditing.Â

- The Fix: Addressed a series of functional and UI-related issues within the Merchant-facing integration tools.Â
